kinokuniya?

hmm... heres a report of my job-hunting experience. went out yesterday with hairi to check out whether they had vacancies at HMV, gramophone and That Cd Shop.Unfortunately, they did not need us at the moment. sigh* it was sad cuz we wanted to work in a place where there was music.. we then walked to wheelock place to ask borders.they too were not taking in part timers. We then headed to Takashimaya.. where we tried our luck at kinokuniya.. we only planned to work for 2mths cuz next yr, ya we still have to go back school.. so yupz.. the cashier gave us a name card.we decided not to call yet cuz we still wanted to explore Forum.. Toys'R US! haha. we thought we could have some fun by packing toys.. but after considering, we decided to choose kinokuniya. So we called them up, hairi had a hard time contacting them cuz he kept on dialing the customer service no. and no one picked up.. ahha, poor guy. i suggested that we called the office instead and when he called, some angel finally picked up.. haha. so we got through and talked to the manager. told her our particulars and all the applying stuff.. yea.. so now we're waiting for the call..
I finally know how it feels lyk looking for a job.. really tough. so i guess ive learned smthing, cherish the job u have next time! even though it isnt wad u wan.. yea.. oh guess wad, when we were at isetan that area, i tink we got filmed by mediacorp or smthing.. i dunno, cuz i saw the host of 'Get Real' i forgot wads her name.. oops x) ahha, so maybe when u watch the program, u might see us! ahhah..
